To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nuntar's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the nuntar platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nuntar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from the use or inability to use the nuntar platform, even if nuntar has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms limits nuntar's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence or for fraud.
